Wendy's is offering 1-cent burgers all next week in honor of National Burger Day on May 28.

The global fast food chain is selling its iconic Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for just one penny with the purchase of another item from May 28 to June 2, the company confirmed to USA TODAY on Friday (May 24).

"Take a bite of a Wendy’s hamburger made with fresh, never frozen beef to celebrate National Hamburger Day the right way," Wendy's said in a statement.

Customers can purchase their 1-cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers by applying the digital offer through the Wendy's app or at wendys.com. The fast food chain also announced its $3 English Muffin deal, which offers customers a bacon or sausage English muffin with egg and cheese and small seasoned potatoes.

Last month, Wendy's announced its plan to give away its Hot & Crispy Fries in any size with any purchase through its app beginning on April 19 in a press release shared on Wednesday (April 18).

"Wendy's® is declaring Friday, April 19, as the best FRYday yet," the press release stated. "To celebrate, Wendy's is dropping FREE any size Hot & Crispy Fries with ANY purchase every Friday through the end of the year in the Wendy's app.* Wendy's knows all too well that some of those other guys' cold, soggy fries just won't cut it, but Wendy's has your back with a new meaning to TGIF!"

Customers can access the team by logging into the Wendy's app on mobile or in-restaurant orders by loading the offer onto their card before scanning at the register.
