Not every romance ends in ire. Sometimes a relationship runs its course, leaving two people to go their separate ways with nothing but fond memories and hopes for the other to live a happy life.
That appears to be the case for Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson, whose highly-publicized romance made headlines during their months-long relationship before ultimately calling it quits in 2022. A source close to the Saturday Night Live alum recently told People that there are no hard feelings between the exes and they even still "occasionally" talk to each other.
The Kardashians star is also reportedly not the only ex that he still communicates with as the source said Davidson is "still friends with pretty much all his exes," like Outer Banks actress Madelyn Cline.
"Nothing bad happened between him and Madelyn," the source said. "It just ran its course. He and Kim still talk occasionally. He's a good guy, and they root for him."
Davidson and Kardashian first sparked romance rumors after the SKIMS founder hosted SNL in late 2021. The pair dated for around nine months before splitting in August 2022, with sources claiming part of the reason was their "busy schedules" often kept them apart. Shortly after their breakup, Kardashian praised her King of Staten Island ex while speaking with Interview Magazine.
"He's a cutie," she said. "He's literally such a good person, they don't really make them like him anymore."
