Ariana Grande's 'Thank U, Next' + '7 Rings': A Message Of Gratitude

Hello my beautiful and kind souls!

Let's talk Ariana Grande, darling! Ari's been doing her THING, despite the deeply difficult events that have come her way. This may sound a little deep for pop music, but I don't think so (hey, you know me, ha)! So here I go: To me, I hear a LOT of hope, gratitude, resilience, depth and empowerment in Ariana's recent music (7 Rings, Thank U Next, Breathin', No Tears Left To Cry, God Is A Woman, and more). A succesful artist can put out amazing pop music, sell millions of records and the melody can be infectious (that's super hard in itself).

But there's LEVELS to this. When an artist puts out hit music that ALSO a deeper meaning that empowers and motivates us to get through our toughest of times and be grateful for the lesson? THAT'S MONEY right there! Cannot wait for her new album 'Thank U, Next'... I have no doubt there will be even more inspirational anthems.

'Her name is Ari!' Yes, Ariana.. YOU GOT THIS. So to Ariana, to every one of you who is reading this right now, to all of us on this planet living life and trying our best to love ourselves, others and connect with our purpose: We live, we learn, we grow.. and we will come out fighting and stronger. (SAVAGE)

As the inspirational, late, great author Dr. Wayne Dyer said (his teachings are very powerful + have greatly impacted me along with the amazing work of Louise Hay):

"Be in a state of gratitude for everything that shows up in your life. Be thankful for the storms as well as the smooth sailing. What is the lesson or gift in what you are experiencing right now? Find your joy not in what's missing in your life but in how you can serve."

It's funny how I've been thinking a lot about this concept spoken about by both Dr. Wayne and Louise, and then I made the connection with Ariana Grande and her music. There are no coincidences. ALL IS CONNECTED. Life is Art (Music) and Art (Music) Is Life. They both reflect eachother. Ariana is a REAL person with real emotions and struggles just like you and I.. PLUS she's under major scrutiny which is hard to imagine. So If she can get through her roughest of times and HAS hard times despite all her success (of course!), just remember that we ALL struggle at times and we ALL can get through it with the proper support and love.. Let's take care of ourselves and look for the positive in the storm..

What have you learned through a really tough time? Hit me up on Instagram or Twitter. This is our year, whatever may pass through! I believe in you!

Love Always,

Erica America
