Earlier today, TMZ reported that Beyonce and JAY Z's twins were born prematurely but seemed to be ok. Reportedly, the twins are dealing with typical issues that arise with being premature although nothing seems to be a long term issue.
TMZ reported that Beyonce gave birth to a boy and girl.
The latest report from TMZ is that the babies ARE in fact home and are doing just fine!!
