How Much Will Each Fighter Make in the MAYWEATHER/LOGAN PAUL Match?

According to a report from sportingfree.com, Logan Paul is expected to receive a base salary of $250k, plus 10% of PPV shares.

The YouTube star suggested in an interview with TMZ that he could make as much as $20 million from the fight. Based on his estimation and SportingFree's report, that would mean the fight rakes in at least $200 million in PPV dollars. Which would set records, but there is an outside chance of that.

$200M in PPV buys would result in 4 million PPVs sold. For context, the all-time PPV record is 4.6M PPV buys for Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao. The second highest is 4.3M PPV buys. That was also a boxing match featuring Floyd Mayweather. His opponent that night was UFC icon Conor McGregor.

SportingFree reported Mayweather was guaranteed $10 million in base salary & 50% PPV shares. In an interview with the Disruptive Entrepreneur podcast Mayweather said:

“I can fight a fighter right now and I can guarantee myself $35 million. I can eventually probably make $50 million, for just a regular fight. Or me and Logan Paul can go out, entertain, have fun and make nine figures, $100 million or more.

“$35 million for 12 rounds or $100 million for six rounds — big difference.”

According to Mayweather’s prediction, he expects the PPV to bring in $180M. Not too far off Paul’s predictions.

None of those includes endorsements by the way. The fighters are able to endorse any products they feel necessary.

Long story short, these dudes are making MONNNNNNNNNNNEY.
