Scott Fischer is being sued by his ex-girlfriend Amanda Brown who claims that their relationship was extremely tumultuous. She explains that he had a "dangerous tendency to abuse alcohol". She also claims that he sent private sexual messages from her to her mom as blackmail! She says that a big issue in the ending of their relationship was who was going to keep the pet and certain cars.
