Kim Kardashian West took to twitter today saying, "She's here" in reference to announcing the arrival of their baby girl. She said that the surrogate gave birth Monday to a healthy girl weighing 7lbs 6oz. In a newsletter on her website she said, "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true" and thanked the doctors and nurses for their special care.
