The host of The Four: Battle for Stardom and former member of the iconic Black Eyed Peas hit center court before the big game to sing the "Stared Spangled Banner" and it was a bit unique to say the least.

Now that the dust has settled a bit, the Grammy Award Winner has apologized. In a statement she said:
"I've always been honored and proud to perform the national anthem and last night I wanted to try something special for the NBA. I'm a risk taker artistically, but clearly this rendition didn't strike the intended tone. I love this country and honestly tried my best."
