New York City always has something fun to do over the weekend! Well, here are our "Z pop 3" picks for this weekend!
1. Avengers: Infinity War in theaters now!
In this movie Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet -- the evil Thanos. On a mission to collect all six Infinity Stones, Thanos plans to use the artifacts to inflict his twisted will on reality. The fate of the planet and existence itself has never been more uncertain as everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment.
Apparently, “Avengers: Infinity War” was the second-most-expensive film ever made! The first-most-expensive film was “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” So if you’re looking for a high quality movie to see this weekend, this is the one for you!
2. Have Ice Cream for Breakfast! April 27-29
Since it’s supposed to rain this weekend, you might not be able to go out and chase down the Ice cream man! So instead you can check out ‘Coffee & Cream by ODDFELLOWS! They are located at 55 Houston Street in NOLITA! They will be featuring 12 rotating flavors of ice cream and sorbet, soft serve, and COFFEE! They also offer a rotating selection of beans from across the country. You can enjoy coffee for breakfast in a couple of different ways here, coffee soft serve, a special coffee sundae, cold brew on tap and more!
3. Festival of Colors: Holi NYC 2018 - Saturday, April 28
Celebrate the coming of spring with a full day of live music, DJs, large scale art installations and more! It’s a fun place to make friends over a variety of food trucks and an ice cold Bira 91 from their beer garden. You’ll get to dance in a rainbow of color, art cars, oh and ton of color!!! It’s a lot of fun but you will get super messy so definitely wear something that you aren’t afraid to get dirty!
