Z Pop 3 Events For This Weekend!!

New York City always has something fun to do over the weekend! Well, here are our "Z pop 3" picks for this weekend!

1. Deadpool 2 – Out in theaters this weekend

The movie is about the wisecracking mercenary Deadpool joins forces with three mutants – Bedlam, Shatterstar and Domino – to protect a boy from the all-powerful Cable. The reviews on the movie have been rather high, a reporter from The Atlantic said, “At least as funny as the original Deadpool, and better in virtually every other respect: better plot, better villians, a few unexpected narrative swerves.” The movie is “R” so although it’s funny it might not be the movie to go see with your family.

Also, it’s #FreeMovieFriday so courtesy to Atom tickets you can text the keyword SURPRISE to ATOM1 for your shot to win a pair of free movie passes!!

2. City Walk – Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo Tour

This is a 3-hour tour that begins with a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge, which has been an icon of New York City for over 125 years! You’ll get to see spectacular views of Manhattan and Brooklyn! The tour then moves on to a stroll of Brooklyn Heights, America’s and New York City’s first suburb. Then the tour explores the neighborhood DUMBO before ending at the Fulton Ferry landing!

This is a free event and it starts at 9:30am on Saturday!!

3. NYC Vegetarian Food Festival 2018

Whether you’re vegetarian or vegan or just trying to eat some veggies this is the event for you! The 2-day festival is going to showcase 100% vegan innovation, with revolutionary plant-based food, products and fun for kids and adults alike! The event consists of over 100 plant-based food and lifestyle vendors and three fully programmed stages highlighting over 40 world-class speakers, chefs, and entertainers over the course of the weekend. You’ll also be able to enjoy some free samples and there will also be meals for sale.

General admission tickets to the event cost $40! And if you have children under the age of 10, they get in for free!

The event is taking place at the Metropolitan Pavilion on 125 W 18 Street, New York, NY 10011! It starts on Saturday at 11AM but it is a two day event and ends on Sunday at 6PM.
