Ariana Grande Is Taking A Break From Social Media

THE END IS NEAR PEOPLE! You read that title right. Ariana Grande is taking a break from social media...That means no more adorable selfies, inspirational tweets, or hilarious snap stories...HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US ARI!?!?!

She made the announcement on her Twitter in response to a fan's screenshot of her Snapstory.

Early this week a fan posted the screenshots from Ariana's recent Snapstory just to let everyone know that she was back on the app. In her response she admitted that she needed to take some time off of Twitter and Instagram for a bit. While I am upset that I won't get to see her fire IG stories, I understand that the girl needs to take a minute off after all of the excitement on social media over her recent engagement to comedian Pete Davidson.

The couple recently made a few changes to their Instagram accounts. It looks like Ariana Grande disabled comments on hers, and Pete removed all of his posts after facing some backlash about a comment on one of Ariana's Instagram posts. He explains that, "No there's nothing wrong. Nothing wrong. No there's nothing cryptic about anything. I just don't want to be on Instagram anymore. Or on any social media platform."

The only remaining post on his Instagram is a photo on his story about Machine Gun Kelly arriving in Syracuse, New York where he is shooting his new movie.

Ariana Grande currently has several singles out now, No Tears Left to Cry, the light is coming, and God is a woman. Her new album "Sweetener" is expected to come out on August 17th. Pete Davidson is currently working on a film in Syracuse, New York.
