We are all aware that the blockbuster film The Matrix was full of special effects and computer generated graphics...but this taekwondo team is doing all of the moves in real life!!
The short clip is a highlight reel from a South Korean taekwondo demonstration and there are literally people flying in the air. No board is left unbroken. In fact, they prove that wooden boards are made for nothing other than being broken into tiny pieces.
Imagine running up on this squad in a dark alley!!! I doubt they'd just bust into some sort of routine and beat you up to take your stuff...but how crazy are these moves??
