Ally Brooke Reveals The Reason She Waited To Release Solo Music

Ally Brooke is back and ready to take the music world by storm. The former Fifth Harmony member released Low Key ft. Tyga with a music video today, January 31st and it was everything her fans have been asking for.

Ally was literally glowing when she came into the studio, "I literally can't stop smiling," she said as she sat down for the interview. Well Low Key was definitely worth the wait. Life has a plan and we all have to be patient. Being patient is so important according to Ally who is the last member of Fifth Harmony to release a solo song. The release of her song could have even been in 2018 if it weren't for a change in singles. "Cause - oh by the way I've had another single picked out before this - It was crazy," explains Ally. She goes into detail on what was supposed to be her first released single saying, "We were doing several revisions on it and we couldn't get it right and then this record came along the next day."

Well everything worked out for the 25-year-old because I think I'm hearing a hit! "I'm so happy with this record, more than anything. I felt it the moment I listened to it for the very first time." She continues her excitement for the song saying, "I knew it and I'm just so happy that it's out. It just feels right."

Ally is even up for Best Solo Breakout at our 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards. You can vote for her on Twitter using "#BestSoloBreakout #AllyBrooke #iHeartAwards" or by clicking here through March 13th.
