Bread thin chicken cutlets about half inch or quarter inch thick in egg batter then Italian bread crumb mix, bread
Put aside two minutes on either side then sauté in oil till crispy
Then prepare eggplant slices … using same process except doing them twice in the egg batter then Italian bread crumb mix

Prepare Ricotta cheese with whole milk ricotta and grate in a little nutmeg, add one egg and mix well, then put aside
Prepare bottom of baking pan with cooking spray. Then start stacking. Layer the bottom of the pan with the cooked breaded chicken cutlets, then top with some of the ricotta cheese mixture, then top with a layer of the eggplant and finally top with delicious Rao's Homestyle® Bolognese , then layer with some provolone, another layer of the delicious Rao's Homestyle® Bolognese and finish with thin slice of mozzarella with basils leaves in the middle
Bake in the oven @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Finish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh Italian leaf parsley
