The Scripps National Spelling Bee kicked off this week, and to celebrate Google released a chart revealing the word each state struggles to spell most often.
Google explains they pulled the data from US searches for "how to spell" between January and April 2017, and well, we have some concerns about Wisconsin.
According to Google, the word that Wisconsin struggles to spell the most is none other than Wisconsin. And the response on social media has been...harsh.
While it doesn't look great for the people of Wisconsin, there is a strong chance this is all an elaborate conspiracy by T-Pain:
There's also a chance the map was just another spelling error all along. As reported by Wisconsin newspaper Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, according to raw data the state's most searched word is actually 'tomorrow.'
Safe to say nobody involved would survive a single round of the Scripps National Spelling Bee where last year's winning word was 'gesellschaft'.
