Rihanna's long-awaited 9th studio album will show fans “the worth in the wait," Tanya Rad shared on-air.
The world has been waiting for nearly a decade for new Rihanna music -- 8 years to be exact -- and the Fenty beauty founder recently opened up to Harper's Bazaar about the potential record -- but has she created too much pressure for herself now?
RiRi clarified that her next album will not be a reggae record. She shared the rumors are “way off!" and that "there’s no genre now. That’s why I waited.”
She then went on to say she "cannot put up anything mediocre…after waiting 8 years" so "you might as well just wait some more.”
The conversation got Tanya Rad thinking that sometimes if you wait too long, then there's too much pressure for perfection.
