Justin Bieber accidentally hit a paparazzi with his truck leaving church last night. He got in his car and proceeded to drive through all the photographers trying to get a shot of him. While doing so he ran over one of the camera men. According to TMZ, Justin stayed by the man's side until the paramedics and police arrived.
