Seker Arslan just turned 120 years young at her home in Turkey and the world’s oldest person has shared her secret to longevity. The mother of six and grandmother of 12 says it’s thanks to her ‘natural food diet.’ She always has butter, honey, and cheese on the table and eats a boiled egg at breakfast. Serap said her mother’s only regret was not yet having any great-grandchildren. It doesn’t hurt that she has some great genes as well considering her mother lived to 110. Wow!
