According to an article in the New York Post, Instagram influencers who don't make it known that they've edited or retouched a photo that are advertisements can now be fined or even be sentenced to jail in Norway. Advertisers and influencers will have to be transparent about any editing done to any photos posted where money is being exchanged. This new law was passed as an amendment under Norways Marketing Act.
