Teeth care is just as important as skin and hair care AND here is how your teeth routine routine should go.
START by rinsing your mouth with mouth wash. Ok mind already blown.. I NEVER do that...
THEN, floss.
After that, brush your teeth for AT LEAST 2 mins...BUT, tilt your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle so you also brush your gums....Finish by brushing your tongue. I am definitely a tongue brusher.
