There is a nationwide teacher resignation occurring which sees more teachers are leaving the profession with fewer teachers coming in. I can't honestly say i'm surprised.
Reasons teachers are resigning:
- Increased stress from the pandemic
- Stress from gun violence
- Political issues crossing into classroom attacking their profession.
