We often underestimate the role that beverages play in healthy hydration and a healthy lifestyle, especially where children are concerned. Many kids and their parents are simply unaware that not drinking enough water impacts their health, or of the amount of sugar in certain beverages. Research also shows that some kids, especially minority teens, just don’t think that drinking water is for them, and will often gravitate to the “cooler” options.
Our guests share information about the important role that drinking water plays in a healthy lifestyle, what we can do to end discrimination in hydration and how to make drinking water the cool choice for kids.
