If you aren't familiar with the statement Popcorn brain refers to a mental state that is described as having a fragmented attention span, scattered thoughts, and rapidly switching from one topic to the next without hesitation. The informal term is used to describe the way your screen-overloaded thoughts swiftly transition from one topic to another, resembling popcorn kernels rapidly popping into popcorn.
Now just because you show popcorn brain behavior, that doesn't mean it's too late for you to get your head back on the 'straight and narrow.' The solution is plain and simple: limit your screen time! It's easier said than done but allowing yourself a few minutes in between
