Teddy Swims Isn't Sure Why He Knew 'Lose Control' Would Change His Life

Teddy Swims revealed publicly that his massive hit "Lose Control" was going to change his life, but he can't articulate why he was so sure.

Speaking to Danielle Monaro and Medha Gandhi at the Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge at our iHeartRadio Z100 Jingle Ball, Swims explained that his feeling about "Lose Control" was one he'd never had before.

"That was the first time I've really felt that way," Teddy said. "I can't tell you how you know it, but I think now that I know I was right, moving forward I've trusted my gut a whole lot more in situations."

Teddy's album I've Tried Everything But Therapy has a Part 2 arriving next year. The singer-songwriter says the follow-up record balances out the agony of his debut. He notes that he has tried therapy and finds himself in a much lighter, healthier headspace these days.
