DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground meats, salt, and pepper.
  3. Saute meat until browned, about 10 minutes.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
  5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Drain and lay noodles on paper towels and pat dry.
  7. Combine the ricotta, 1 cup of grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper, and 1 tablespoon of parsley in a large mixing bowl. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  8. Lightly cover the bottom of an 11 x 16-inch baking dish with Rao’s Homemade® Marinara or Rao’s Homemade® Tomato Basil Sauce.
  9. Arrange a slightly overlapping layer of lasagna noodles to cover the bottom of the dish.
  10. Dot the lasagna noodles with large spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture and ground meats, spread.
  11. Add some shredded mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  12. Layer the second row of lasagna noodles, more sauce, ricotta cheese, ground meats, mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan.
  13. Repeat with one more layer of noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  14. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake until tile cheese is melted and the bubbly, about 45 minutes.
  15. Remove the foil and bake until tile top layer is lightly browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  16. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

  2. Cook Pasta sheets
  3. Combine Mozzarella & Ricotta and egg in a bowl, mix until smooth
  4. Start Layering!
    • Layer 1 – Sauce!
    • Layer 2 – Pasta Sheets
    • Layer 3 – Meat Sauce
    • Layer 4 – Mozzarella & Ricotta mix
    • Continue!!
  5. Add extra Mozzarella on the top of the final layer

DIRECTIONS


  1. Whisk together the egg, water, and olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and baking powder.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and knead with your hands until it forms a doughy paste.
  4. Grease two sheets of parchment paper, and place the dough between them with the greased sides facing the dough. Place on flat surface and with a rolling pin or your hands (above the parchment paper,) roll the dough into a thin circle or square to fit a pizza pan or baking sheet. Grease pan with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges. Allow to cool about 20 minutes to form a crunchy crust.
  6. Top with Rao’s Homemade sauce, pecorino romano grated cheese, mozzarella and your favorite toppings and place back in the oven or broiler for a few minutes to cook the toppings. Makes 8 slices.

DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Bring water for pasta to a boil - don’t forget to salt the water ahead of time.
  3. Add the pasta - boil for 12 mins for an al dente taste.
  4. After draining, drizzle with a little bit of Extra Virgin Olive oil - let sit in strainer to cool.
  5. Sauté onion in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until onions are translucent.
  6. Add garlic and sauté for 3 mins on medium heat.
  7. Add turkey
  8. Let cook on medium/ medium high heat until brown (do not burn garlic) Brown meat and mix well with onions/garlic.
  9. Once cooked, set aside and cool. Fat should cook out, but if not, you can strain it out.
  10. In a Medium size bowl, combine the 32 oz of ricotta cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, 2 handfuls of Parmesan cheese, sprinkle some garlic powder, salt & pepper and mix well by folding all of the ingredients together.
  11. Drizzle/coat bottom of either a disposable lasagna pan or a rectangular Pyrex dish with a small amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then pour a thin layer of RAO’s Homemade sauce.
  12. Next, add a layer of pasta.
  13. Sprinkle a layer of meat
  14. Spread a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture
  15. Pour sauce to cover layer Repeat Pasta/Meat/Cheese/Sauce steps again.
  16. Sprinkle the top layer with shredded mozzarella & Parmesan
  17. Bake at 350 for about 25 mins until cheese is bubbly and hot throughout.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut chicken breasts in half widthwise (and then pound with meat mallet to an even thickness for all) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken in flour, then egg, and finally bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken on both sides (about 4 minutes on each side). Set aside.
  5. In a bowl, mix one egg into the ricotta. Set aside.
  6. In a baking dish, coat the bottom with marinara, top with lasagna noodle (slightly overlapping each noodle).
  7. Spread half of the ricotta mixture on top of the noodles and layer with chicken.
  8. Top the chicken with a half cup of mozzarella and a half cup of parmesan.
  9. Continue layering in the same order and top with remaining cheeses.
  10. Put some basil on top to make it look fancy.
  11. Eat and enjoy!!!

DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the peppers (reserve the tops), remove seeds and membranes and discard. Chop tops of the peppers to add to the filling.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook peppers 5 minutes. Remove and drain well.
  4. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion & garlic over medium high heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
  5. Stir in the diced tomatoes with juice, rice, 1 ¼ cup water, diced pepper tops, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cover. Cook 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender. You can add more water if needed. Stir in ½ cup Rao's Tomato Basil sauce.
  7. Place 1 ½ cups of Rao's Tomato Basil sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Fill each pepper with the rice mixture. Spoon remaining sauce over peppers.
  8. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Remove foil, baste peppers with any sauce in the bottom. Top with cheddar and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.

  1. Salt a large pot of water and bring to a boil, then add your pasta. Cook just about al dente (I do prefer to make it a bit softer than that), and SAVE 1/4 cup of the pasta water when straining! Set aside
  2. Cut onion into 1/4-inch slices
  3. Slice bell pepper into thin strips
  4. Cut the zucchini into quarters lenghtwise, then also slice into 1/4-inch slices
  5. Cut eggplant into small cubes, slightly larger than zucchini
  6. Thinly slice garlic
  7. In a LARGE pan, drizzle some olive oil, and on medium heat cook half the garlic and all the onion slices until the onion softens slightly
  8. Add the zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and cook for about another 4 minutes until the veggies are juuuust cooked fully through, slightly salt and pepper, add remainder of garlic towards the end, then turn the heat very very low and get ready to move QUICKLY through the rest of the recipe so you don't overcook!
  9. Mix your 1/2 Rao’s Homemade Marinara with your 1/4 pasta water in a bowl and add sauce, use less water if your like your sauce thicker! Then once your have your desired thickness add the sauce to the veggies and stir in
  10. Add Italian seasonings and black pepper to taste, but don't do overboard because RAO's is already deliciously flavorful! You want to compliment that flavor, not overpower
  11. Finally, add in the pasta to your pan! Cook together for a short time, only to blend the flavors, then take off the flame, slice tomatoes in half and add to taste, garnish with fresh basil and cheese!
