Watch Elvis Duran's Sponsored Christmas Tree Lighting For U.S. Capitol

This year the lighting of the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree is set to take place today, Wednesday December 4th at 5pm. You can watch it LIVE on the West Lawn, U.S. Capitol Building. The ceremony is free and open to the public but if you aren't in the D.C. area you can watch the live stream on Facebook here.

This year, the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree was provided by The Carson National Forest in Red River, New Mexico. It is a Blue Spruce tree that is 68 years old and 60 feet tall.
